A practice specialized in employment law
A standardized codification of German employment law has yet to be realized. The legal situation is defined by an interlacing of European, national constitutional and statutory law, as well as judiciary law. The legislative process is characterized by constant and often hectic change. The complexity is further heightened by collective bargaining regulations, such as collective bargaining agreements and arrangements between company partners (employer and works council). According to a thesis put forth by Prof. Dr. Hanau, employment law knowledge has a half-life of only five years.
Modern employment law has become a significant economic control factor, whose importance cannot be overestimated. Consequently, there is great demand for employment law advice and representation that meets the highest quality standards. This advice requires highly qualified specialists who draw from an extensive wealth of experience.
